The Oily girl's Dream Team...
If you have oily skin, this post is for YOU!

I am constantly playing around with products and combinations in search of the perfect fit. Thais is why there is a date in the title of this post, this is my regimen now but it can change just as easily.
Right now, this is my go to team for a base that covers my imperfections and stays on ALL day...
Yes that is Milk of Magnesia!
Makeup For Ever Mat Velvet+ liquid foundation (No75 &80) , set with Super Matte Loose Powder (No56)  and worn over Milk of Magnesia (as a matifying primer)

I know some of you may think I'm crazy for the milk of magnesia, but I assure you I am as sane  as they come ;-) If you are not as adventurous as I am you can replace the milk of magnesia with a matifying primer, MakeUp Forever and Laura Mercier have good ones.

There you have it my recommendations for oily skin, full reviews on each product will follow soon :-)

TTFN!

  3. YOur not crazy i had to pull out my phillips to combat this oiliness. Ive been using it for a while but in the cooler months i can get away w/o and just use my loreal studio secrets primer which i just ran out of sooooo i have been finishing off my monistat chafing gel and basing first with the phillips. So i decided to mix the two to save time well well what do you know i think i may have a cheaper version of the loreal studio secrets primer lol..

  9. Hi Stephany, you can get milk of magnesia from any decent pharmacy, I got my first bottle in Lagos ;-), the foundation will be harder to find, I don't know any retailers that carry Makeup forever products in Nigeria...
