COVID-19 Studio Policy

Welcome back, we’ve missed you!

Providing a clean, safe environment for you and your service is our #1 priority. Our staff already followed strict cleaning and disinfecting protocols before the effects of COVID-19, but we’ve now adopted extra safety precautions and placed even greater emphasis on deep cleaning. We remain committed to continually evaluating what must be done to meet the needs of our customers.


Please do not come in to the studio if you do not feel well or have been experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19; a cold, shortness of breath, respiratory symptoms, cough, sneezing, diarrhoea, vomiting or a high fever. If you are showing any visible symptoms you will be asked to reschedule.

Please book your appointment online. If you are unable to do so please call the studio line to book an appointment.

Please pay for your appointment once booked via bank transfer to GTB 0428304691 Stella's Addiction Professional Makeup Studio & Boutique. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your appointment. NO CASH payments will be accepted please. Alternatively payment via Flutterwave link will also be available for retail.

Face masks covering the nose and mouth must be worn to gain access to the studio. Please put on your mask before entering the studio. Surgical masks will be available to you at a fee.

Please wash your hands with soap and water at the door before coming in. Soap and water remains the most effective way to prevent the spread of the virus.

You will only be allowed into the studio at the time of your pre-booked appointment.

No guests (e.g. friends, children etc.) will be allowed in the studio at this time. For every appointment booked only the booked client will be allowed into the studio at the time of the appointment.

If you can please leave personal items in your car.

We are working hard to keep you and the studio community safe, and we know we can count on you too. Together we will make it through this trying time. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. We are thrilled to provide services again, thank you for being a loyal client! 


The following safety precautions are being taken to protect the health and well-being of you and our team during your visit:

We have taken a refresher course on Salon/Spa Infection Control and earned certificates (displayed at the studio, website and social media)

We wash/sanitize our hands thoroughly before and after contact with every client.

Our salon uses an EPA-registered disinfectant on tools, containers, and all surfaces that you may come in contact with during your visit.

Chlorine bleach is used for cleaning the salon.

Common areas such as chairs, door knobs and all high touch surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected between clients

Tools and utensils will be washed and disinfected after every use.

Face masks and shields and shields will be worn at all times

Booking & Cancellation Policy

We understand that emergencies happen, but your reserved appointment is exclusively for you. Please acknowledge & respect our cancellation policy, keeping in mind that "no-shows" or last minute cancellations leave us with empty treatment times & other clients, who could not get in, at an inconvenience.

Due to our time sensitive appointments if you are more than 5 minutes late, or more than 15mins late for a makeover appointment you may risk losing your appointment.

Please CALL us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. In the absence of a call at least 30mins before your appointment you will be considered a "No Show". After a "no show", clients are required to make a new booking (confirmed with new payment)
Kindly decide which service you would like and when you would like to come in for it prior to making a booking. Booking appointments for several services you are unsure you want leave us with empty treatment times & other clients, who could not get in, at an inconvenience.

Non-refundable/ Transferable deposits/Payments

Payment in advance is required for ALL studio services. This payment is nonrefundable. Please note that if you are a no-show, you will loose this payment. Reschedule your appointment in advance if you cannot make it to keep your payment.

All makeover appointments at the studio or home service appointments require full payment to be confirmed. Kindly make payment within 1 hour of booking online to complete your booking or your appointment will be cancelled.

Duplicated Bookings 

Duplicated bookings will be cancelled. Instead please reschedule your appointment online or CALL the studio line (+2348162606066) to reschedule. If you are making a booking for friends please make their bookings in their names.

Preferred Contact Method

Kindly note that while we would love to stay in touch with you through multiple channels (Instagram DM, WhatsApp, email...) The fastest way to reach us during office hours is by phone call. Please call the studio line (+2348162606066) for all same day/ urgent business. Due to the small size of our team, we are unable to respond to messages on the above mentioned platforms in real time.

Cell Phones

If you can refrain from calls during your service, this will allow for your service to be performed more efficiently.

All prices are subject to change without notice.
